Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall commercial strategy in alignment with the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team, providing guidance, setting goals and targets, coaching and performance evaluation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and product development
- Develop pricing strategies and evaluate pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness

The Ideal Candidate
- Must have sales leadership experience
- Software sales experience
- Must be fluent in both English and either French, Spanish or German; fluency/proficiency in a third language would be a plus
The Head of Commercial Package
- Basic Salary: £100,000-120,000
- OTE: £150,000-200,000 (uncapped)
