Account Manger – PropTech

Our Client:

We are working with a Market Leading PropTech business who have experienced year on year growth, despite the pandemic.

They work with some of the best & largest property agencies in the marketplace. Such as, Knight Frank, Foxtons and Countrywide.

As Key Account Manager, you will be field based covering the Midlands. You will be responsible for managing and driving growth with estate agents and property developers at Head Office level.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management at C-Suite level
  • Increase revenue within the account base
  • Responsibility for maintaining business and growing the area
  • To design strategic account plans that are tailored to each account
  • Present to large groups when needed
  • Ensure that all accounts have a clear understanding of products and pricing structure and to deliver value-added solutions against their business needs
  • To interpret data and information in review meetings with customers enabling them to better understand their business and market
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge of competition and marketplace activity, reporting back any trends or developments

The Successful Candidate:

  • 3 years+ B2B Field Sales experience
  • A proven track record in new business sales and account management
  • Ability to interact and deal with all levels of businesses
  • Able to challenge ideas and ask probing questions
  • Driven, consultative, credible
  • A Full UK driving licence

The Account Manager Package:

  • Basic Salary – up to £50,000
  • OTE – £15,000 (Uncapped) Top earners are taking home £25,000+
