Business Development Manager (Dutch-Speaking) – Belgium / Holland

Established over 20 years ago, our client is a market-leading MarTech company who provides their clients with insights into customer engagement. Working with brands such as David Lloyd and Twining’s, our client works to maximise revenue by implementing data-supported, customer-centric marketing campaigns, and subsequent insight and feedback.

As a result of high growth last year (leading to further global expansion), our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Manager to join their team in Belgium in identifying new business opportunities across the Benelux region.

This role is based in Belgium or Holland, with flexible working options after initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across designated territory
  • Continuously support clients, providing quality advice to support company growth objectives
  • Support entire sales process from lead identification to closing the deal
  • Utilise and maintain the company’s CRM tool
  • Prepare and monitor quotes, as well as concluding contracts
  • Follow up with clients after implementation of the project (collaborating with internal teams)
  • Attend company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities
  • whilst representing and growing the brand
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams
  • Independently managing multiple tasks at once

The Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years experience in MarTech sales is ideal, particularly selling into the retail or eCommerce sector; experience selling MarTech into the financial sector would also be considered
  • Experience in SaaS sales outside of MarTech would also be considered
  • An understanding of data integration is necessary
  • Must be fluent in Dutch

The Business Development Manager Package

  • Basic Salary: up to €90,000 based on experience
  • OTE: x2
