Our Client:
Our client is a Market Leader in Education Technology. Their SaaS based products provide teachers and children with everything they need to help them work through topics such as health, wellbeing, social, emotional literacy, and mental health.
With recent investment, this is a hugely exciting time to join this well-established business as they enter a new phase of rapid growth across the UK and Internationally.
They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to sell their products to senior leaders within both primary schools, secondary schools & multi-academy trusts. The position will be a mix between office based in Surrey & remote based.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new business opportunities with primary & secondary schools
- Managing relationships with major clients (MAT’s & School’s)
- Follow up sales leads qualified by the Inside Sales team
- Work closely with Marketing to create and improve lead generation
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all education customers
- Up-selling to existing education customers
- Keep CRM (Hubspot) system updated
The Successful Candidate:
- 3+ years sales experience in the Education or EdTech sector
- A successful track record in new business sales
- Good sales negotiation skills
- Confident, fun & team player
The Business Development Manager Package:
- Basic Salary – up to £35,000
- OTE – up to £50,000 – £55,000
- Flexible working hours
- Pension
