Business Development Manager – PropTech

Our Client:

Launched two years ago our client is a specialist property software provider. Their app makes managing the home buying process easy and stress free for estate agents, house sellers and buyers. They are backed by a multi-million-pound group and are seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their business.

As Business Development Manager, you will be field based covering Dorset & Hampshire. You will be responsible for selling to owners and managers of estate agents. This position is new business focussed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities with estate agents
  • Onboarding new estate agents including the delivery of training
  • Effective use of CRM & monthly reporting
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Solid relationship building with internal staff
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge of competition and marketplace activity, reporting back any trends or developments

The Successful Candidate:

  • B2B Sales experience
  • A proven track record in new business sales
  • A relation to property sales is a bonus
  • Software sales experience is a bonus
  • Driven, hungry, resilient
  • A full UK driving licence

The Business Development Package:

Basic Salary – £35,000
OTE – 40% of Salary
£500 p/month Car Allowance
Employers Pension Contribution
Life Assurance 4x Salary
Private Health Insurance after 1 year’s service
20 days holiday + 1 additional for every year of service
