Account Executive – PropTech Start-Up

Our Client:

We are working with an exciting start-up PropTech business. Their award-winning technology helps estate agents and landlords by ensuring real creditworthiness and protect them from fraudulent activity.

They’re experiencing high growth currently and have recently secured £3M from the UK’s top VC’s.


They already work with some of the best property agencies in the marketplace. Such as, Knight Frank, Foxtons and Countrywide to name a few and are now seeking an Account Executive to help grow their business.


As Account Executive, you will be field based covering London & South East England. You will be responsible for prospecting and selling to Lettings Directors & Operations Directors of the top 300 estate agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business opportunities with estate agents
  • Managing your own time and pipeline, swiftly moving prospects through the sales life cycle effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Using technical ability to liaise closely with Tech/Product teams.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge of competition and marketplace activity, reporting back any trends or developments

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in a start-up at growth stage (Seed – Series C)
  • A proven track record in new business sales
  • SaaS/Technology sales experience is essential
  • Experience with the property sector would be a bonus

The Account Executive Package:

Basic Salary – up to £80,000
Double OTE
Employers Pension Contribution
25 days holiday + 1 additional for every year of service
