Sales Manager – Ecommerce (SaaS)

They sell an industry leading eCommerce marketing platform designed to assist the growth of eCommerce businesses and manage the customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Building out a team of 6 Account Executives
• You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching and developing this team
• The team will focus on the SMB market
• Manage day to day performance the team, identify areas for growth for different members of the team, track metrics.
• Ensure team hit revenue goals, run regular 1-2-1 reviews

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience managing a team of quota carrying reps previously
• A background in eCommerce, MarTech or the SaaS industry preferred
• Consultative/value-driven approach
• Passionate about coaching and developing sales reps
• Data-driven, make informed decisions based on data

The Sales Manager Package:

£100,000 Basic
£60,000 OTE (Uncapped)
