Senior Customer Success Manager – SaaS – New York

Our client is an industry leading all-in-one SaaS revenue management platform,
freeing up space for companies to focus on their sales and make better use of
resources. They are Series C and have raised $250m to date. Their suite of intuitive
management include Business Intelligence, Group Analysis and Continuous Pricing.
With exceptional growth since being founded in 2017 and plans to treble the
workforce over the next 6 months, they now count Best Western, Generator & Accor
among their list of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the first representative in the market and work closely with the Sales and
    Product teams
  • Building solid business relationships whilst developing long-term objectives
    assuring successful customer retention
  • Onboarding, customer satisfaction and retention
  • Change management – (pre and post-sales). Able to prepare, implement and
    review changes when required

The Successful Candidate:

  • 5 years of Revenue Management experience within hotels
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-growing start-up environment
  • Previous experience in Tech, Sales, Hospitality or Consultancy is a bonus

The Senior Customer Success Manager Package:

  • $95,000 Basic
  • £300-£350 per month office set up costs e.g. furniture
  • Once per quarter trip to Europe for team social
  • A genuinely supportive team environment
  • Flexible working hours
